Dear Parents and Guardians,
Tragically, two young people in Dane County, a UW Madison student and a student in the Mount Horeb school district, have recently lost their lives to bacterial meningitis. Below we have a link to general information about meningitis. If you have more questions, you can either contact your school nurse or your primary care physician.
